No OBI no insert. Vinyl professionally washed with Gläss Vinyl Cleaner Pro and playgraded; side A is foggy and plays with background noise (G+) side B plays better (VG close to VG+). Sleeve has very slight wear to edges and corners and slight foxing to backside still VG+
