No OBI includes insert and the portofolio with prints (all EX). The sleeve is in EX shape but it looks like the opening side was exposed to water (no deformation it just left a very faint stain with a different shade of white or slight brown color; still VG+. Vinyl professionally machine washed and playgraded: plays solid EX
